1. Main structure of the natural gas generator set
These natural gas-powered generator units consist of biogas-driven piston engines, alternators, electrical components, management systems, heat dissipation units, oil circulation mechanisms, emission systems, fuel delivery units, and supporting hardware. All components, save the exhaust pipe and muffler within the emission system, are secured onto a steel frame. The unit is a permanently installed, stationary power system. The steel base structure is fastened to a concrete base.
2. Main structure of the biogas engine
The gas fuel of this engine series can be natural gas, biogas, syngas, coal mine gas, and etc. In order to meet the requirements of different customers, this gas engine can be packaged into generating set or other power take-off. 3. Alternator These brushless, voltage-stable synchronous generators feature a self-excited design with an electronic voltage regulator built into the excitation setup. They serve as primary or backup power sources in terrestrial power setups and marine electrical networks and are powered by diesel, gas, steam, hydro turbines, and electric motors. Structure: The alternator includes the primary generator and its excitation setup. The primary generator features a rotating magnetic field, using a cylindrical rotor and a damper winding. The exciter is an armature-type rotating machine. Power from the exciter is transmitted to the main generator's rotor through rotating rectifiers. 4. Genset control panel The gas generator's control unit is built as a enclosed cabinet housing a control system, multiple display devices, adjustment switches, safety alerts, and an emergency stop function to track generator performance. Power output is managed via an electronic speed regulator, with precise adjustments available using the panel’s control buttons.
