A weighing blender mixer includes a U-shaped chamber, drive components, ribbon mixing blades, and a weighing mechanism typically featuring double or triple layers. The outer screw draws material from the periphery toward the center, while the inner screw pushes it from the center to the outer edges, creating a thorough convective blend.
