The DX68 CNC hose crimping system incorporates a computerized control system, delivering rapid crimping with consistent results. It offers precise crimping, strong clamping power, quiet operation, and intuitive handling. The dual-slope eight-flap die holder, fitted with an accurate alignment mechanism, ensures uniform mold distribution. Designed primarily for high-pressure hydraulic hose connections in mechanical applications, this machine also handles steel pipe crimping, including large-diameter and non-standard shaped pipes.This device has a compact, lightweight design, strong power output, quiet operation, and simple controls. The compression level can be finely tuned using a calibrated scale. The dual-slope eight-tab mold base, fitted with an accurate guidance system, ensures a more uniform distribution across the mold base.




Installation and Operation
Fill the system with 70 liters of Great Wall 46# anti-wear hydraulic fluid. When ambient temperature drops below 10ºC, include an additional 10% of transformer oil.
Ensure the electrical supply is properly connected according to the machine specifications, so the motor's rotation aligns with the indicated direction, and grounding for safety must be implemented.
2. Regulating the scale
The measuring scale controls the degree of buckling. Turning it clockwise reduces the buckling, while turning it counterclockwise increases it. The scale is fastened to the oil cylinder end cap via three socket head bolts and three springs mounted on the scale’s base. By manually pulling the scale (perpendicular to the end cap), it can smoothly separate from the cap. Upon release, it returns to its original position due to the spring tension. Prior to powering up the machine, verify that the scale’s extension movement is smooth and that the lead wire connection is secure.
Align the primary scale to the 0 mark on the secondary scale, power up the unit for a preliminary operation, and check whether all functions operate smoothly. Should the piston exhibit sluggish motion during back-and-forth travel, loosen the bleed screw located at the top of the oil cylinder to release trapped air.
4. Pressure regulation
The pressures for buckling and mold opening are adjusted using two dials located at the rear of the oil cylinder (refer to figure); turning the dials clockwise raises the pressure, while turning them counterclockwise lowers it (the settings are fully optimized at the factory).
5. Operation 
According to the rubber hose diameter, choose the appropriate mold from the locking pipe technical specification chart and secure it onto the mold base. Adjust the scale position accurately using the values listed in the table to perform the pipe clamping operation. Once clamping is complete, measure the outer diameter of the pipe sleeve with a vernier caliper to verify compliance with the reference parameters. Should the measurement fall short, fine-tune the scale until the required dimensions are achieved. Since pipe sleeve suppliers vary, differences in dimensions, composition, hardness, and other attributes are inevitable. These variations impact the clamping outcome significantly; thus, the table values serve as a guide only, and final specifications must be validated through pressure testing.


Notices

1. When buckling, make the joint to locate the mould center as much as possible, the joint is not buckled on the hex nut.
2. Prevent tool and other foreign matter from entering the locking head.
3. Each time the operation is completed, the eight-block mold foundation must be extended as far as possible, ensuring the spring reaches its fully extended position. Otherwise, the spring risks being compromised.
4. When working, the hand should not stretch into the locking head.
5. The power supply must be switched off when maintenance is done.

Maintenance

1. For three years from the date of purchase, we ensure the machine remains in optimal working condition. Any assembly issues will be fixed at no cost (or replaced if needed) while the warranty is active. Damage caused by misuse or unforeseen incidents is not covered under the warranty.
2. Hydraulic fluid levels in the tank must be regularly monitored; when levels drop below adequate amounts, fluid should be added promptly. If the fluid becomes contaminated, it must be purified through filtration or completely substituted.
   The locking head must maintain a clean internal environment. Prevent foreign particles from entering the locking head's oil cylinder through the mold during operation, as this could disrupt proper function. Remove any contaminants introduced by the mold body promptly when assembling the joint.
   Frequently fill suitable grease into the mould body for lubrication.
