Spray autoclave model DN900x1500 features a 0.9-meter diameter and 1.5-meter cylindrical body. Constructed from SS304 stainless steel. It includes a sterilization compartment positioned beneath a hot water reservoir. Both the sterilization chamber and the hot water tank are wrapped in premium thermal insulation capable of withstanding up to 137°C. Temperature regulation is managed via a PLC control system. Equipped with a Siemens touch panel interface. Changes in temperature and pressure are logged onto an SD card or a USB drive. Data can be printed at any time. Additionally, recorded values can be plotted as graphs on a personal computer.

Section 3 General description
1. Spray autoclave DN900x1500 double vessel edition mainly made of SS304.
2. A dual-vessel design features the lower unit as a sterilization chamber and the upper one as a hot water holding tank. Once sterilized, the hot water (ranging from 121 to 135°C) is transferred to the upper vessel for brief retention. Afterward, the user removes the processed items and introduces fresh products for sterilization. The stored hot water from the upper vessel is then circulated back into the lower chamber. This cycle shortens the sterilization duration and cuts down on water usage. At the close of daily operations, the remaining water can be utilized to sanitize additional machinery.
