AGITATED & NON-AGITATED jcaketed kettle cooker
Stainless steel jacketed kettles are available in either double-wall or triple-wall designs. Double-wall models lack thermal insulation between layers, whereas triple-wall kettles include a PU insulation layer measuring at least 2 inches thick.
Stainless steel jacketed cookers come in both stirred and static versions. The type of stirrer you select depends on what you're preparing. For instance, if you're making eggs or boiling tomatoes, a stirring blade offers no benefit. However, when preparing tomato paste or candy, a robust stirrer equipped with a scraping edge is essential.
