The KA-HE8 is a track-mounted welding system powered by gear transmission. It excels in horizontal and vertical layer welding, making it ideal for medium to thick steel plates. With precise control over the welding torch’s placement and tilt, it supports corner, horizontal, and structural welding tasks. The frame, pivot mechanism, and control unit are combined into a single unit, enabling operation along the track. The system uses strong magnetic clamps to secure the workpiece, offering easy setup and removal.
 Features    
1) KA-He8 can achieve various locations such as vertical welding, horizontal welding and horizontal welding.
Features a linear swinging action. Multiple swing settings including swing type, range, velocity, pivot point, and duration on each side are customizable.
3) Use digital to display the running speed of the car.
To avoid weld bite and incomplete fusion during welding, a left-right swing stop time adjustment feature is implemented.
5) The welded torch is automatically returned to the center of the welding channel when the welding stops.
6) Have an automatic arc collection function.
7) Have a fast return function.
8) Standard setup includes a 1.5-meter track. The compact rail design enables easy handling and can be linked together for expanded functionality. 

 

 

1.DC motor: the power device for the car to move. Use AC220V power supply.
2.Guide rail: Aluminum rigid guide rail, standard configuration is 1.5m, can be docked and extended for use.
3.Rail-mounted magnetic holder: a secure attachment for guide rails. Delivers 60Kg of holding power, ensuring stable adhesion to the surface. Equipped with a release lever for simple detachment and smooth rail relocation.
4.Control panel: The control center of the car, from which all actions are controlled.
5.Installation handle: trolley track wheel clutch device. During installation, twist this      Use the handle to rotate the track wheel into an open position. Once the track wheel is secured on the track, release the handle and it will automatically engage a locking mechanism. With the handle partially engaged, the rapid return feature becomes active.
6.XY slider: positioning system for welding tool placement. Movement capability along the X axis reaches ±20mm, and along the Y axis also reaches ±20mm.
7.Swing motor: the driving device of the oscillator. It uses a high-precision DC motor with a power of 6W.
8.Welding gun grip: a holder for the welding tool. The tool's orientation can be set within a ±90° adjustable range.

 

"Welding/non-welding" toggle: Initiate welding mode upon choosing "welding" and activate the "start" button to begin; engage the "start" button when in "non-welding" mode. Core function
(2) Start" switch: The switch is turned on and the car starts to walk. The welding "position is only walking but not welding.
(3) Stop" switch: If you press the stop switch during the trips of the car, all the actions will stop.
(4) Up Down: You can choose to walk up or down.
(5) Walking speed: The speed value is displayed in digital, the maximum walking speed is 1040mm/min, and the digital display value is 999.
(6) Switching speed adjustment knob: Rotate the swing swing speed in clockwise, the maximum value is 1520mm/min. The maximum scale is 10.
(7) swing range: The amplitude of the swing of clockwise rotation increases, and the maximum value is 20mm. The maximum scale is 10.
(8) Stop time adjustment knob: The adjustment range is 0 ~ 2S, and clockwise increases.
(9) Right stop time adjustment knob: The range is 0 ~ 2s, and clockwise increases.
(10) left right center motion: During clockwise rotation, the center shifts right; under counterclockwise rotation, it moves left, with a maximum displacement of ±5mm. The highest scale value is denoted as scale value.
(11) swing selection: This dial allows you to choose the swing setting. The vehicle offers five swing options. While the first option is non-swing, the remaining four are listed below:
