Mud Cleaner is the second or third stage separation equipment for drilling fluids, which deals with the mud being treated by the first grade separation equipment. The bentonite will be recovered and cuttings which are bigger than bentonite will be removed. Then the bentonite in the underflow will flow into circulation tanks through the screens when the weighted mud passes while the particles that are bigger than mesh will be removed.

2. Selected high-chromium-iron lined polyurethane or pure polyurethane, guaranteeing long service life of cyclones;
3. High-manganese alloy steel made screen box, with high strength, lengthening the service life;
4. Shaker box undergoes thermal treatment, with heavy anti-corrosive coating, long service life guaranteed;
5. High G-force vibration strength (adjustable), able to be used to separate high specific-gravity mud that has high viscosity;
6. Plate tension and wedge are both available for screen fixation;
