Fiberglass Rebar Machine Production Process 

1. Fiber Feeding: Glass fiber rovings are evenly fed from the creel into the production line.

2. Resin Impregnation: Fibers are fully soaked in epoxy or polyester resin in the resin bath.

3. Pre-Forming: Fibers are guided and shaped into a round structure through pre-forming dies.

4. Heating & Curing: The material enters the heated mold to cure and form the final rebar shape.

5. Surface Forming (optional): Threading, wrapping, or sanding is applied for better bonding strength.

6. Pulling: The traction system pulls the cured rebar continuously and steadily.

7. Cutting: Rebar is automatically cut to required lengths.

8. Packaging: Finished rebars are inspected, bundled, and packed for shipment.
