Product Overview
The FTK-CJ type clean bench is a horizontally-flowing local purification device. Ambient air is drawn in and first filtered through a coarse filter screen. It is then pressurized by a low-noise fan into the plenum chamber, where it is uniformly distributed and subsequently discharged through a high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter. This process generates a laminar airflow that passes through the work area at a consistent velocity, thereby establishing a highly sanitized working environment.
The FTK-CJ type clean bench consists of a coarse filter screen, a fan unit, a plenum chamber, and a high-efficiency air filter. The main structure is fabricated by bending and assembling steel plates through welding. After undergoing anti-corrosion treatment, the surface is coated with paint or plastic material. The electrical control system is integrated within the lower section of the cabinet.
