Marine Ultrafiltration and Energy-Saving Equipment
Lubrication oil is compared to the blood of engine, it must be kept clean and its performance should be normal. The pollution of lubrication causes the performance index exceeding because of accelerating the deterioration, promotes the wear of the engine component. This leads to the increase of maintenance cost, the shortening of engine life and the reduction of ship operation rate.
Based on the tribology theory , the particle concentration of about 5um is the major factor causing the deposition and blockage of lubrication system, while the particle concentration of larger than 10umplays a leading role in the wear of equipment parts. The proportion of 1-25um particles in lubricating oil is the largest, more than 99%. ME series is specially developed for engine lubricating oi. The sludge solidification separation technology and adsorption filtration technology are used to effectively remove particles above 0.5um in lubricating oil.

Working Principle
The lube oil enters the centrifugal unit through the oil supply unit, and the centrifugal unit removes the large particles in the oil, then the lubricating oil enters the ultrafilter for secondary fine filtration, and finally the lubricating oil returns to the target oil tank.
