The XYD range of stainless steel water purifiers is a domestically developed and manufactured drinking water treatment solution, built around the patented inner and outer spiral grid coil reactor technology, fully tailored to meet user needs. This system effectively transforms surface sources like reservoirs, mountain runoff, ravines, and rivers into safe, potable water compliant with the "Hygienic Standard for Drinking Water for Daily Use" (GB5749-2006).

Our advanced flocculation system leverages a patented inner and outer spiral coil reactor design. When coagulant-laden source water flows through the dual spiral channels, it generates a bidirectional rotational cross-flow between the inner and outer layers. As the fluid moves downward through the spiral structure, centrifugal force and gravitational pull create multiple vortex zones, significantly enhancing particle collisions. This promotes rapid formation of consistent, compact, and easily settleable alum flocs. Relative to conventional flocculation units, this technology boosts reaction performance by up to 100%, reduces coagulant usage by 20–30% compared to standard flat grid systems, and demonstrates superior resilience to fluctuating flow demands. It also eliminates layout constraints in circular water treatment setups, making it ideal for large-scale industrial applications.
The reaction precipitator's sedimentation system integrates the flocculation and sedimentation zones vertically, employing a proprietary V-shaped flow directing plate. This design enables the upward water velocity to progressively decrease due to the combined effect of water column pressure and the downward movement of alum within the sedimentation zone. As a result, a stable floc layer approximately 300mm thick develops between the two sections. This layer effectively traps suspended colloids, flocs, microorganisms, and other contaminants, significantly enhancing alum's settling performance. This optimized floc layer ensures that even when raw water turbidity reaches up to 3000NTU, the treated water exits at less than 10NTU, substantially easing the burden on downstream filtration units and boosting the overall performance of the water treatment system.
