Air-Powered Grouting Pump for Underground Mining

The 2ZBQ10/10 type mining pneumatic grouting pump is mainly used for waterproofing and reinforcement grouting projects in coal mines and iron mines, as well as grouting and water plugging projects and grouting consolidation projects in subways, tunnels, water conservancy projects, and construction projects. Compared with electric pumps of the same function, this pump uses compressed air as its power source, thus featuring smaller size, lighter weight, and no overload protection, making it more suitable for underground coal mine use. It can be used safely in flammable, explosive, strong magnetic, radiation, dusty, temperature-fluctuating, and water-spraying environments.

It features stepless flow rate adjustment; the grout flow rate can be changed simply by controlling the air source switch. It can also be used for constant pressure automatic variable flow, meaning the grout discharge rate decreases as the grouting pressure increases.

Compressed air passes through a ball valve to the water separator and air filter in the dual-unit pump assembly. The purified compressed air then reaches the constant-pressure regulating valve, which automatically adjusts the output gas flow rate to maintain a constant output gas pressure, ensuring the discharged slurry has a constant pressure and automatic flow rate adjustment capability. The discharged slurry flow rate decreases as the grouting pressure increases. This pump's automatic adjustment performance is more timely and accurate than other types of grouting control, thus shortening grouting time, ensuring grouting quality, saving materials, and ensuring safe construction.
Compressed air then passes through the dual-unit pump assembly to the two-position five-way directional valve and stroke valve. The cylinder piston pushes the stroke directional valve to control the pneumatic directional valve's switching, pushing the cylinder piston in a reciprocating motion. The exhaust gas from the cylinder is discharged into the atmosphere through a silencer. The cylinder piston rod directly pushes the slurry cylinder piston, completing the slurry suction and discharge work through the inlet and outlet slurry valves. The slurry is mixed by the mixer and then injected through the grouting nozzle into the water holes in the well wall, diffusing into the fissures of the rock strata.
