The surrounding air temperature must exceed 5°C, and work should be avoided during rainy or damp conditions, as this may result in prolonged curing times or complete failure of adhesion.
The specific construction process:

When applying glue, ensure even coverage using the glue applicator; reapplying is strictly prohibited as it may cause air pockets or detachment. For the base fabric, apply glue with precise thickness control, maintain a consistent coating speed, and ensure the adhesive is uniformly spread across both mating surfaces.
2.2. Viscosity: Based on real-time factors such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, and other environmental variables, adjust the drying duration accordingly. Typically, after 10 to 30 minutes of gelatinization, the glue reaches an eight or nine dry state, where it no longer feels tacky. During application, the adhesive must be positioned precisely in a single attempt and should not be applied and then repositioned on the bonded item.
After bonding, clear surface contaminants, apply a dedicated rubber mallet starting at the bond area and extending to both sides, ensuring complete surface contact and enhancing the bond strength.
2.4, curing: the standard curing period lasts about three days, with full strength typically achieved after ten days. While curing, ensure proper care by preventing direct contact, water immersion, and physical disturbance, to optimize bonding performance.
2.5. No quartz sand and rubber particles were bonded after bonding.
