This is a filling machine with a hopper. Different from the filling machine without a hopper, it has an external feeding system, and the other is directly connected to the pipeline. It is the best solution for jerrycans, canisters and pails from 1 to 30 litres.

-With hopper
The storage tank is used as an intermediate buffer container to store 30L of material and fill it step by step.
Suitable for intermittent production (such as small batches and multi-variety switching).
-Without hopper (direct pipeline feeding)
Directly connect to the external feeding system (such as large storage tanks, reactors, pipelines) to transport materials in real time.
Suitable for continuous production (such as large-scale single material filling).

-With hopper
Suitable for materials with high viscosity or need to be stirred (such as jam, paste), the storage tank can be equipped with a stirrer to prevent precipitation.
For materials that need to control foam or temperature (such as hot syrup), the storage tank can be equipped with an insulation/cooling jacket.
Multi-variety production: The storage tank needs to be cleaned when changing materials.
-Without hopper
Suitable for low-viscosity, fluid materials (such as water and oil), without intermediate storage.
Relying on external system pressure feeding, high requirements for material stability (such as no particles, not easy to solidify).
Single variety mass production is more efficient.

How to choose?
Choose with storage tank: when the material viscosity is high, intermediate processing is required, multiple varieties are switched or the feeding is unstable.
Choose without hopper: when the material has good fluidity, a single variety is in large quantities, there is an existing central feeding system or the space is limited.
It is recommended to make a comprehensive assessment based on the actual production needs (such as material characteristics, output, degree of automation).
 
The lifting cylinder adopts Airtac. Easy to operate, the display screen (PLC) adopts Siemens, the filling is fast and accurate and The uniquely designed filling head is easy to operate, with fast and accurate filling, and it can minimize the dripping of residual liquid after filling.. The weighing sensor adopts the internationally renowed brand Toledo, with a speed of up to 120-240 barrels/hour (25L) ensuring the overall performance of the equipment is stable, fast, accurate, struggle and durable.

- Storage tanks need to be cleaned regularly, increasing labor costs.
- Residues in the tank may cause cross contamination (pay attention to materials with high hygiene requirements)

- Simple structure, reducing cleaning links (only need to clean pipes and filling heads).
- Save space, more compact equipment.
Disadvantages:
- Depends on the stability of the external feeding system (if insufficient pressure affects filling accuracy).
