1.Product Description
Aluminum billet casting includes melting, purification, impurity removal, degassing, slag removal and casting processes,homogenization process. 
The main process is:
(1) Ingredients: Based on the desired alloy composition, determine the required quantities of each alloy element and properly blend the respective base materials.
(2) Smelting: Raw materials are introduced into the melting furnace as per specified procedures, and dissolved gases and slag are eliminated through degassing and slag purification processes.
(3) Casting: Within specific process parameters, molten aluminum is cooled and formed into round billets of different sizes using a deep well casting setup.

I.What's the delivery time of your aluminum extrusion machine?

Standard compact equipment like saws takes about 30 days; medium-scale equipment such as heating furnaces requires 45 to 50 days; large-scale systems like cooling units or profile handling systems need 60 days. Additionally, we can fully design and manufacture a complete production line for clients, typically within 3 to 6 months.
