Basic Machine Information of ZHFW-200A 

Main Function & Principle
Friction Welding Machine is used for welding of homogeneous metals or different metals, which are connected by the friction welding with heat. The two work pieces are rubbed together with mechanical rotary motion and axial pressure (friction pressure). Heat will be generated during that course and the working pieces will be then heated to plastic state. The rotary motion will then stop and the machine will place a greater pressure (forge force) on the pieces at a certain duration, and the contact surface of work pieces will be connected. So, Friction welding is the most durable welding method.

Components of machine
Friction welding machine is consisted by lathe bed, spindle box, rotary head and fix head clamping fixtures, sliding table, main cylinder, hydraulic system, lubrication system, main drive system, etc. 
a) Mainframe: consisted by lathe bed, spindle box, sliding table(Taiwan HIWIN or Nanjing Technology), rotary head and fix head clamping fixtures, main cylinder, lubrication system, etc.
b) Hydraulic system: SIEMENS, BOXROTH, NOK, REXROTH, YUKEN etc.
c) Electric control system: PLC (Germany SIEMENS), touch screen (Germany SIEMENS)
d) Rotary head and fix head clamping fixtures: equipped with 1 set of special rotary head clamping fixture and 1 set of special fix head clamping fixture
e) Oil cooler: BOXROTH or Optional
f) Servo motor: American Parker
g) Element parts: NSK/F-A-G bearings; S-CHNEI-DER electrical elements, etc.

The electrical system consists of power cabinet, control box and welding quality monitoring
 Power cabinet:
1, The power cabinet is a tailored combination with two doors. Internal high and low voltage distribution partition configuration;
2, The power cabinet is equipped with constant temperature and dehumidification air conditioner. Ensure that the environment of the components inside the electric cabinet is stable;
3, The main electrical components consist imported brands, CTB drive, Siemens industrial control, Chint Electric ;
4, The power cabinet and the host are arranged separately;
5, The cable of the whole machine is laid with a bridge, which is safe and beautiful.
 The control box and welding quality monitoring are independent systems 
1, The quality monitoring system is Siemens 15-inch integrated touch panel industrial computer ;
2, The human-computer interaction interface is composed of Siemens 10-inch touch screen and physical buttons ;
3, The welding data of each product is stored independently in the welding quality monitoring system and can be exported ;
4, The system provides MES communication interface ;
5, Welding quality monitoring real-time detection of welding parameters, When the measured data deviates from the preset data, the system will alarm and prompt an error.
