ΔThis CNC internal grinding machine features X and Z axis movement and is primarily designed to shape internal holes, stepped holes, inner end surfaces, and outer end surfaces of the workpiece. The entire grinding process operates automatically(with automatic feed,withdrawal , rough grinding and finegrinding); Automatic dressing of grinding wheel,automatic compensation, etc.).
ΔThe machine is mounted on the workpiece housing, with the table shifting horizontally and the grinding wheel assembly performing a reciprocating motion. Both the table and the grinding wheel unit are powered by a servo motor via ball screws, each utilizing linear guide rails.
ΔThe rotation speed of work piece spindle and grinding wheel spindle are controlled by frequency converer to reaize stepless speed regulaton.
ΔThe machine features a front-accessible control unit and a separate electrical enclosure. The enclosure's protective shell offers either a partially or fully enclosed design, selectable by the user.
