Overall processing with 5M abrasive grinding, advanced heat treatment process for tempering, multiple stress relief, quenching, Heef-2 microcrack hard chromium electroplating.
Roller surface precision: Achieves mirror finish with Ra0.01 (smoothness grade 14), temperature variation during heating maintained at ±1°C, thermal distortion under 0.01mm. Alignment tolerance within 0.005mm, runout within 0.005mm, coaxiality within 0.005mm. Surface hardness ranges from HRC55 to HRC58; post-chrome plating and polishing reaches HV1000 (equivalent to HRC62). Applications: Ideal for embossing PP, PT, PE, ABS, PVC and other plastics, leather, textiles, paper, iron sheets, stainless steel, aluminum, steel, and wood boards, among others.
The surface is finished with a hard chromium layer exceeding HV900 (standard range HV500–60), featuring a surface finish of Ra0.01 (grade 14). In cases requiring enhanced corrosion resistance, a nickel undercoat may be applied. The final hardness reaches HV1250
Equipment rated at embossing level or higher, featuring a surface finish of Ra0.05 or greater, offers superior resistance to wear and corrosion, extending operational lifespan by 5 to 10 times versus electroplated components.
Hardness treatment of roller body: vacuum heat treatment, laser heat treatment, HRC62-66
Processing range: workpieces with a diameter of 800mm, a length of 4000mm, and a weight of less than 5t.

1.How to maintain the machine?

Answer: add mechanical lubrication equipment to chain, bearing and cutting slide every month. Add mechanical lubrication to the case every half a year.

A:Only 1-2 workers.
