ML12 PLA extrusion line is a tube extrusion line, composed of PLA extruder and die, size setting and water cooling unit, haul-off unit, servo motor rotary cutter unit,special design screw diameter 50mm L:D(33:1) for PLA material, also PP material can be used. High efficient & saving energy motor and heating system. Servo motor cut, The series machines can produce all kinds of PLA & PP drinking straw, medical pipe,all the machine's controls base with PLC & Touch screen control elements ergonomically adapted to permit easy operation. All production data can be transfer to center office by NCC. WIFI function, plc system can be checked and updated by internet.
Features:
1.Special designed L/D 33:1 screw, use for PLA and PP material, 146 hard surface gear box, 18kw high efficient & saving energy synchronous motor.
2. high efficient & saving energy.
3.Water bath in stainless steel can be adjusted in three planes;
4. The haul-off unit can be belt or rollers, it is customizable, Fitted with double rotary cutter. Cut angle: 90°/45°,90°/60°
5. PLC touch screen system, servo motor cutting, wireless wifi network, industry network access.
