The gas cabinet comes with a set of overpressure protection devices to prevent overpressure in the gas cabinet in an emergency. Antifreeze can be added to the water seal to meet the needs of severe cold conditions. Membrane material
The fully imported biogas-specific membrane has flame retardant, antibacterial, and anti-UV properties, and meets the following standards: the sunlight fastness meets the DIN54004 level 7 standard, the flame retardant performance meets the DIN 4102 B1 design standard, and the thermal expansion and contraction resistance meets the DIN53361 standard. , the waterproofness complies with DIN 51635 standards, and the ductility meets DIN 53359 standards.
The outer membrane is coated with PVC/PVDF, which has high strength and high self-cleaning properties; the bottom membrane of the inner membrane has good air tightness and remains inert to the main components of biogas (CH4, H2S). The strength selection of the membrane material generally ranges from 4,000 N/5 cm to 9,000 N/5 cm. The strength of the membrane material can be calculated based on the wind and snow load.
