Every machine comes with a 3-year extended coverage (encompassing all accessories). Should any component malfunction within this time, we will replace it at no cost, though shipping charges are not covered. Generally, customers are required to retain certain spare components for routine upkeep, and replacement parts will be included in the following delivery or dispatched via a more economical method, excluding DHL.
At the same time, the warranty is void under any of the following conditions:
* Failure to follow directions or under abnormal conditions may result in personal injury or operating the machine.
* Damage caused by force majeure, such as war, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, abnormal voltage.

KOLONWASH Service and Maintenance
Professional service personnel must perform any upkeep on the KOLONWASH system. The equipment must be powered down prior to servicing. The factory-default admin code is 8888, granting access to adjust settings, monitor wash cycles, and update login credentials. The system’s initial password is 0 and can be altered to values like 12345. Before initiating any task, the user must access the management interface and input the password 12345.
Install the primary control unit and touch panel in a dry area. Avoid handling these components with damp hands. Ensure the chemical blend chamber and water pump housing remain in direct contact within a dry setting. Prior to powering up, verify that the voltage reading on the main control panel remains steady and uniform.
Ensure frequent servicing of the cleaning mechanism, routinely wipe down the machine exterior, clear debris from the sensor, and drain moisture from the drive control unit. Clean the water reservoir as needed, with particular attention to the inlet filter on the water line. Flushing must not be initiated if the water tank is low on liquid. Begin by using the frame to expel air. Avoid employing the "L" arm flushing tool for air release.
