This beer filling system integrates German engineering, refined locally to match China's brewing needs, featuring a dedicated washing and capping unit. Equipped with gear-driven mechanics, it ensures smooth, consistent bottle movement and precise filling. We use double vacuum pumping technologyto minimize thecontent of Oxygento keep the taste of beer fresh and shelf life time long.
Rinser:
The fresh container moves via the separation screw and starwheel, guided by the clamp and flip mechanism; the neck is raised, undergoes sterile water cleaning, then rises and proceeds to the next stage.
Filling machine part:
The filling valve uses dual vacuum technology to eliminate residual oxygen in bottles, extending beer freshness, featuring an isobaric mechanical design, offering rapid filling with high throughput, precise control, fast filling rate, and consistent liquid level stability.
Main drive uses independent gear system, offering high performance, low vibration, extended durability, no maintenance required, with a sensor enabling precise motor speed regulation, the system features variable frequency speed control across full operational range, and the motor frame is constructed from stainless steel and carbon steel materials.

The bottle enters the click wheel via the transition card bottleneck section of the capping machine. A rotating capping blade is fixed at the bottleneck point, ensuring the bottle stands vertically and does not rotate.
