Quality Indicators

Characteristics

1. In the vulcanization process, rubber products added FS-12A has better fluidity. As a result, the rubber is more likely to fill the pattern and edges of the mold and form a fine and smooth surface. It can also reduce the defective rate due to poor liquidity.
2. FS-12A can create a bright film on the product surface. After demolding, the product surface will be smooth, bright, anti-oxidation and anti-cracking.
3. In the extrusion process, rubber materials used FS-12A has higher extrusion speed , better surface smoothness, smaller caliberexpansion degree andbetter dimensional stability.
4. FS-12A has good internal lubrication properties. It can fully and evenly disperse a variety of rubber filler, such as carbon black. It can also shorten the rubber mixing time, improve  vulcanization activity of rubber containing white carbon black and organic pigment, eliminate the effect of white carbon black on vulcanization, prolong the burning time and improve the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber.
5. FS-12A has good external lubrication on a variety of rubber filler. It can improve the operation performance of rubber, reduce the possibility of rubber sticking on the roller. At the same time, it does not affect the bonding and printing of the later processing of the molded products.

6. The addition of FS-12A in the proper proportion has no effect on the physical and mechanical properties such as Mooney scorching time,
vulcanization speed, hardness, set tensile stress, tensile strength and aging resistance of rubber products.

7. FS-12A has good compatibility with the rubber. The general formula need not change since it does not interfere with the curing system while
the using amount is proper.

Applications
1. It need to be added with other rubber materials while compounding.
2. The using amount is about 1.5 to 3 percent of the raw rubber.

1. Plastic bag lined with plastic composite packaging, 25 kg / bag.
2. Stored in the dry and cool place, moisture-proof. The storage period is one year.
