KA-GD can be used to weld both inner and outer pipeline surfaces. Welding is performed directly on the arc-exposed side of the material, eliminating the need for support rails.
CO2 automated welding tractor finds extensive application across shipbuilding, bridge construction, rail transport, steel frameworks, petrochemical facilities, and other sectors, ideal for diverse welding components including: reinforcement sheets, rib sections, intersecting joints, box girder assembly, and more. Components: welding gun swing device, slider, welding gun handle, control box, control panel and other accessories:

5.Control Panel Introduction
Control knob for setting current and voltage: Rotate the knob right to raise the setting (The tractor features two power connectors: 3P and 8P; with the 3P connector, current and voltage) The current and voltage settings on the wire feeder are ineffective, requiring manual adjustment; the current and voltage controls function properly only with the 8P connector)
2) Selection knob for welding/non-welding: the knob must be in the welding position to weld;
3) Point feed: manual wire feed device;
4) Walking switch: manages vehicle movement and halt; when the "welding/non-welding" selector is set to "non-welding", activate the walking switch, and the tractor will move without performing welding;
5) Walking speed adjustment: the adjusting knob of tractor walking speed. It is recommended to adjust the tractor walking speed after turning on the walking switch;
6) Choice of walking direction: choose to walk left or right;

7. Installation
A. Preparation for welding
1) The necessary tools for welding are welding machines and wire feeding devices;
2) Special control cables (AC 220V) are required. Different welding power supplies require different cables;
3) CO2 tanks for welding are required;
4) CO2 automatic welding torch;
5) Other necessary tools;
B. Tractor connection method
1) Install the tractor and place the tractor on the working surface;
2) Install the wire on the wire feed tray and pull the wire to the end of the torch;
3) The end of the torch is connected to the wire feeder;
4) The control power supply is connected to the 8P port of the control panel of the tractor;
5) Control power cable is connected to AC 220;
6) The dedicated control cable features four connection points: one links to the 220V power source, another to the welding cart, and the remaining two attach to the welding unit and the wire conveyor machine;
