Step1.Forgings
Evaluate top suppliers by randomly selecting and analyzing their raw materials to confirm compliance with national regulations and ensure mechanical characteristics align with product specifications.
2. Once the forgings arrive at the facility, quality control personnel carry out visual checks and size verification to confirm the absence of visible flaws, ensuring sufficient tolerance for final product manufacturing.


2. Rough turning
1. Descaling rough turning: according to the size of finished products, reserve enough size margins.
2. Ultrasonic inspection: forged parts following rough machining are examined using ultrasonic waves to identify material flaws like porosity, inclusions, and layering, among others.
3. Tempering treatment: according to the national standard or the special reguirements of customers, the tempering treatment could improve the mechanical properties.
4. Hardness testing of tempering treatment: Testing whether the overall hardness of forgings is qualified according to quenching and tempering hardness requirements.

9. Hole Processing and Detection

12. Assembling
Eliminate ring burrs and ensure surface is free of debris. Fit rollers, cages, seals, and other components as specified in the assembly blueprint. Hand-rotate the unit to verify smooth operation and the absence of any unusual sounds.

13. Finished product testing
The assembly is completed, detecting whether all aspects meet technical standards.

14. Installation of Sign Mark
Install sign and logo according to customer requirement.

15. Fill grease and Packaging
1. Before product packaging. add corresponding brand and type grease according to customer's requirements to protect raceway from damage.
