Electromagnetic induction heat conduction oil furnaceis a kind of heater that converts electric energy into magnetic heat energy by the principle of electromagnetic induction. In the controller, the AC voltage of 50/60HZ is changed into DC voltage by the rectifier circuit, and then the DC voltage is converted into high frequency voltage with a frequency of 20-25khz by the control circuit. The current with high speed changes through the coil will produce a high speed magnetic field. When the magnetic force line inside the magnetic field passes through the metal guide iron body, countless small eddy currents are generated, so that the guide iron body heats itself at high speed, and then the heat in the guide iron body is transported to the thermal oil to achieve the purpose of rapid heating.
