Whether you have 500 or 50,000 square feet we will effectually and efficiently clean your carpet all the way to the backing removing years of dirt built-up in the fibers of the carpet.  This is important because with the foot traffic in most businesses, if you don't remove all the dirt when the carpet is cleaned, the remaining dirt will rub against the carpet fibers which wear them out faster causing you to replace your carpet sooner. It goes without saying that it is less expensive to maintain your carpet than to replace it.

For instance, disposing of the carpet may cost $2 per square yard and replacing the carpet may cost $20 per square yard. For 10,000 yards, these costs would come to $220,000 ($2 x 10,000) + ($20 x10,000).

There’s also the cost of disrupting employees while the carpet is being removed and replaced. Disruption costs resulting in lost production come into play, as employees are not able to use the space.
