The manufacturing process of the deep drawing tube usually includes the following key steps:

2. Forming : Raw materials are processed into tube blanks through extrusion, rolling or welding and other techniques. For seamless tubes, extrusion or rolling processes are usually adopted; For welded pipes, tube blanks are formed by welding plates.

Stretching : Place the tube blank into the stretching machine, and apply tensile force to the tube blank through the stretching die, causing it to elongate along the axial direction while uniformly thinning the wall thickness.
