Production Process:

The wetted reinforcement bundle is elegantly enshrouded in a specialized surfacing veil, meticulously preparing it for its next phase. As it progresses, this carefully assembled package enters a performer that gently shapes it, setting the perfect stage for its entrance into the heated die. This die is meticulously crafted to mirror the exact contours of the desired final part, ensuring precision with every outcome. As the material emerges from the die, it is over 90% cured, boasting unparalleled solidity and strength. It is then precisely measured and drawn through a cutting saw, culminating in an exquisite and flawless process that guarantees superior performance.
