During operation, when the feed is over, high-pressure fluid medium can be injected between the filter plate and the diaphragm, the whole diaphragm will bulge to press the filter cake, so as to achieve further dehydration of the filter cake, which is pressing filtration. First, there is positive extrusion dehydration, also known as feed water dehydration, that is, a certain number of filter plates are closely arranged in a column under the action of strong mechanical force, a filter chamber is formed between the filter plate surface and the filter plate surface, the filtering material is sent into the filter chamber under strong positive pressure, and the solid part of the material entering the filter chamber is retained by the filter medium (such as filter cloth) to form a filter cake, and the liquid part passes through the filter medium and is discharged from filter chamber, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
