1. Descaling rough turning: according to the size of finished products, reserve enough size margins.
2. Ultrasonic inspection: forged parts following rough machining are examined using ultrasonic waves to identify material imperfections, including porosity, inclusions, and layering, among others.
3. Tempering treatment: according to the national standard or the special reguirements of customers, the tempering treatment could improve the mechanical properties.

The assembly is completed, detecting whether all aspects meet technical standards.
