- We clean the toilets in regard to the toilet cleaning schedule and SOPs
- We clean all the public areas such as corridors, staircases, porches, outer area and elevators by following the protocol and also the furniture are repositioned in the waiting areas after cleaning
- We clean the dirty utility, AHUs, pantries, janitors, sluice rooms & all engineering rooms
- The entire Pegasus Build tech is scrubbed during night shift
- All the public toilet and movement areas are given extra touch up after every hour
- Cleaning of all lobby area after every procedure
- Periodic disposal of garbage bag
- Proper manning of the housekeeping help desk help us in attending to the requests/complaints in minimum response time
- Proper checking and reporting of the maintenance to the concerned department, which also include continuous follow-ups till the time it is sorted out
