1.Four positions: forming position, punching position, cutting position, stacking position.
Automatically forming, punching, cutting, stacking and counting.
2.Use two sets of servo motor to control forming position, punching position and cutting position.With pressure and vacuum air, the machine use eccentric wheel and connecting rod to drive the mould for forming products.
3.Four columns structure guarantee high precision plane accuracy of the running mould sets. Servo motor drive sheet sending and plug assist device, offer high precision running, easy to control.
4.Germany and Ireland heater, high heating efficiency, lower power, long life span.
5.PLC with touch screen control system, easy be operated.
