For large payments, to ensure safety, the card company may make a confirmation call. If it is determined during the process that the order involves stolen cards or is made under someone else's name, the order may be held or canceled arbitrarily.

Bank transfer payments should be made via PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or at a nearby bank. The depositor's name entered during ordering must match the actual depositor's name. Payment must be completed within 7 days; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

• Delivery Notice: - Special charges may apply for remote mountain or island areas. Items are shipped after payment confirmation. Delivery may be delayed depending on the product type.

• - Refunds or exchanges are not possible if the product's packaging is opened or damaged, losing value, within 7 days from receipt, except for electronics, and if the product has been used or consumed.
• - If the product differs from the advertisement or is delivered incorrectly within 3 months of receipt or within 30 days of discovering the issue.
• - If the product is damaged or destroyed due to the customer's responsibility, excluding damage to packaging for inspection.
• - If the packaging is opened or damaged, reducing the item's value (e.g., electronics, food, music). Returns/exchanges due to bad pixels are subject to manufacturer standards.
• - If the product's value significantly decreases due to usage or some consumption, especially in cosmetics when samples are provided.
• - When re-sale becomes difficult due to passage of time or valuable packaging being damaged.
• - Damage of packaging for reproducible products.

* In case of exchange or return due to change of mind, the customer bears the shipping costs, including color or size exchanges.
