| 1.Eight groups of suction and discharge high-speed rotating vaccum adsorbent materials
The large disc roller consists of eight sets of suction rows, each rotating opposite the vacuum air feed. After suction, the bag tube moves to the sealed air position alongside the large disc roller, and the paper bag is discharged at the point where the upper and lower conveyors meet, moving in reverse direction. The sealed vacuum system uses positive pressure airflow and mechanical cam-based release techniques to ensure rapid and seamless feeding performance. |
2.Steps arrangement (with abnormal rejection function) Once the bag tube arrives from the prior stage, both the lower and upper conveyors—responsible for acceleration and sorting—are engaged and routed to the step synchronous belt. As the right vertical belt operates, it shifts left and right to position each bag tube precisely until the paper bag's edge firmly contacts the step synchronous belt block. During this phase, the acceleration and sorting belt slips, yet the bag tube remains in place and is not advanced. |
| 3.Center distance direct imprinting, 45° diagonal imprinting(with piercing mechanism) The bag body is transported via upper and lower auxiliary conveyors and primary upper and lower main conveyors to a central positioning stage (adjustable range: 260–700mm), followed by front and rear 45-degree imprinting to enable pre-formation of fold lines for the bag's opening. |
4.Extra removement Two cuts are made on the left and right edges of the bagmouth, with the cut length set manually, and the straight edge of the bagmouth modified based on the required width of the tube and the bottom (servodata can be adjusted) |
| 5.Suck open & spread, smoothwith the horns Following direct imprinting, 45° imprinting, and a straight cut on the bag tube's ear, the suction system simultaneously expands the tube to create a conical end. This suction action is achieved through the coordinated rotation of the vacuum distribution plate and the upper and lower suction arms, Once the bag tube is elevated to 80mm, the upper and lower horn components are guided into the tube. Following calibration of the horn’s delay setting, the horn pick’s end is pulled out through the back cut and the back portion of the horn is gently aligned and advanced onto the forming pressure roller. |
6.First valve insertion (Optional) The bag barrel is unfolded and transported to the zero detection arealor anomaly detection. Once the valve port paper strip is fully extended, it is securely bonded and directed to the pre-unfolded bag barrel's designated spot to finalize the insertion process; If the unfolded valve port paper strip fails to be securely clamped during inspection, the system shifts to rejection mode, and the bag barrel exhibiting abnormal expansion is ejected via the rear rejection mechanism. |
| 7.Secondary valve insertion (Additional option) 1)The length of the paper strip is fixed by servo data; 2.)Clamping length adjustment is controlled via servo input; if clamping position moves forward, the cutter must shift ahead, and if it moves backward, the cutter should be retracted; 3)The insertion position (front and back) of the walve portpaper is adjusted by servo data. 4)The offset plate can be replaced with a vertical hanging type; 5)Adjustable function of glue supply. |
8.Valve end single-sided internal enhanced insertion (optional) Once the bag tube is unfolded, it moves to the zero detection zone; if expansion is within specs, the reinforcing paper band is securely fastened and bonded, then advanced to its designated spot to finalize the insertion procedure; If expansion is irregular, the inner reinforcing paper band fails to secure the sheet and shifts into rejection and dispatch mode, then being ejected via the fault rejection mechanism subsequently. |
| 9.Bottom stamped & bottom smeared The bag tube proceeds through the bottom embossing and bottom glue sealing stage, wherein the initial embossing step sets the stage for the bottom fold formation. Once bottom embossing is finished, the bottom bonding stage begins. The bonding pattern is tailored to the production needs and secured onto the mounting frame, if required. The custom offset template is then manually attached to the already bonded aluminum drum, with a pair moving vertically along it, and the drum rotates in a circular motion to bond two bags at a time. |
10.Bottom closure & molding The bag tube undergoes sequential folding, bonding, and shaping. Once it enters the molding station, the forming heartplate remains stable vertically, with its anchor point located on the inner edge of the bottom embossing line. The top and bottom edges of the tube are initially bent to 90 degrees due to conveyor motion, then guided by upper and lower vertical conveyors for support. The upper edge is subsequently folded downward to 180 degrees using an upward-facing forming plate, while the lower edge is lifted to 180 degrees via the same plate (with a 300mm delay between top and bottom actions). Upon full folding, the creased edges are secured, pressed, pre-bonded, and moved to the next stage via a tapered roller. |
| 11.External enchanced insertion (optional) QR code wirtual incision, ordinary reinforcing paper, hot meltadhesive reinforcing paper. 1) The length of the paper strip is fixed by servo data, and thecolor mark is tracked; 2) Servo input allows modification of clamping length; if clamping moves forward, the cutter must shift ahead, and if clamping moves backward, the cutter must retreat. 3) The insertion position (front and back} of the valve portpaper is adjusted by servo data. 4) Installation of the dislocation groove between the gluingroller and the sticker tube; 5) There is no need to replace the glue plate; |
12.Flip bottom & compaction (with anomalous rejection) Process: Once the treated base is introduced, the central guide rail and upper and lower support frames advance steadily in a straight path. Following the coordinated movement of the upper and lower pivot arms—adjustable for either downward or upward rotation based on process needs—the bag’s base starts a horizontal turn from internal to external orientation, then proceeds to the compaction belt section for reformation and adhesive fusion. |
| 13.Small Scompaction mechanism/simple compaction mechanism (optional) There are two main types of compaction mechanisms: The small S compaction system features an S-curved compression path, a lengthy stroke, delivers a seamless and crease-free result, offers broader and stronger adhesive coverage, and provides superior sealing during filling. In contrast, the basic compaction setup is straightforward, uses a sloped compression profile with a moderate stroke length, produces a slightly less effective compression than the small S model, yet maintains identical adhesive performance. |
14.Counting, stacking & output After the compacting output, the mechanicalcounting is stacked and fed. The number of stackscan be set according to production needs. |
