K20 wood floor special leveling self-leveling cement is a ground leveling material specifically designed for the installation of wood flooring. It is made from special cement, fine aggregates, polymer spray dry powder resin from foreignbrands, and cement additives, all carefully formulated. 
To enhance the anti-cracking ability of the self-leveling cement, the formula also specially includes wood fiber, making the product's strength reach above 18-20MPa.

This product has high fluidity and plasticity, making it very suitable ?for leveling work in home decoration with wooden floors. It not only ?provides a solid foundation but also ensures the flatness of the ground, providing ideal conditions for the installation of wooden floors.

THICKNESS
 K20 can be applied with a thickness of 3mm to 8mm in a single construction.
 PS: K20 needs to add 8kg quartz sand when making 20mm-30mm thick layer.

1. Meticulously remove oil stains, dust, loose debris, and any old coatings from the surface to ensure optimal adhesion.
2. Smooth out uneven surfaces by grinding to remove loose concrete and debris, then vacuum thoroughly to eradicate residual materials and dust for a clean substrate.
3. Ensure the base is completely dry and free from puddles to maintain the integrity of the application.
4. For absorbent substrates, use the LG660 water-based absorbent interface treatment agent; for non-absorbent substrates, utilize the LG670 non-absorbent interface agent to achieve optimal surface readiness.

Maintain a precise water to mortar ratio of 26% for optimal performance and consistency of the mixture.

1. After thoroughly cleansing the base layer, select the appropriate primer. Once the primer is absorbed and begins to dry (approximately 2-6 hours post-application), proceed with the self-leveling pre-work to ensure optimal results.

2. Pour approximately 6 liters of clean water into a container, gradually incorporating a 25-kilogram bag of self-leveling compound. Mix with a mixer until the compound is uniformly smooth and free of lumps. Apply the blended material evenly using a specialized notched trowel to control thickness. Shield the freshly mixed material from direct sunlight and strong winds, completing the mixing and application within a 10-minute window.

3. Prior to the setting of the self-leveling compound, utilize a defoaming roller to eradicate any entrapped air, ensuring a flawless finish. Note: A pump with a delivery capacity of 20-40 liters per minute can be used to facilitate the transport of the self-leveling slurry efficiently.

TRANSPORTATION
Store in a dry, ventilated, and cool environment, safeguarded from direct sunlight and humidity. When sealed, the product retains a shelf life of 6 months, ensuring its efficacy over time.
During transportation, it is imperative to prevent collisions and compression to avoid package damage, ensuring the product's integrity upon arrival.
