Diesel Oxidation Catalyst(DOC)

The Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) uses precious metals such as platinum and palladium as catalysts. Its primary function is to reduce the content of soluble organic fraction (SOF) in particulate matter emissions, thereby lowering PM (particulate matter) emissions. The oxidation principle of DOC is similar to the oxidation of HC and CO in gasoline engine three-way catalytic converters. At the same time, it can effectively reduce HC and CO in the exhaust.The oxidation catalyst can remove up to 90% of SOF, resulting in a 40% to 50% reduction in PM emissions. Its treatment efficiency for HC and CO can reach 88% and 68%, respectively.
Diesel Particulate Filter(DPF)
