Unwinding unit features either a single or dual station setup. Feeding via 3-inch air shaft. Equipped with auto EPC and steady tension regulation. Includes fuel level alert and material halt upon break detection.
2. The main motor is controlled by frequency conversion, and the whole machine is driven by high-precision synchronous belt or servo motor.
The printing system uses a ceramic mesh roller for ink distribution, featuring either a single blade or chamber-type doctor blade, with automated ink feeding. The anilox and plate rollers automatically disengage upon machine halt. A dedicated motor powers the anilox roller to avoid ink hardening on the surface and clogging the mesh holes.
4. Rewinding pressure is controlled by pneumatic components;
Rewind system features either one or two station configuration. 3" air shaft. Motor-powered, equipped with closed-loop tension regulation and a material rupture halt mechanism.
6. Independent drying system: electric heating drying (adjustable temperature)
The entire system operates under centralized PLC management. A touch screen enables user interaction and real-time status monitoring; automatic tallying and multi-point speed control are also featured.
