The swing arm jib crane represents a recent advancement in mid-range lifting solutions, offering superior benefits over conventional lifting systems. Additionally, it enables seamless movement across all three dimensions.
It outperforms traditional lifting systems in compact, high-volume operations and is commonly deployed across diverse industrial sectors.
Product configuration:
1. Column
The column supports and fixes the rotating arm of the jib crane, and its upper and lower supports are composed of single-row tapered roller bearings that bear radial and axial forces.
2. Swing arm
The rotating arm is constructed using an I-beam and a supporting frame. It enables the trolley—whether electric or manually operated—to move horizontally and the hoist to lift or lower. This structure rotates about the vertical post. Standard rotation ranges include 360°, 270°, and 180°. (Can be customized according to customer needs).
3. Support arm and reducer
The supporting arm holds the rotating arm and enhances its ability to resist bending and improves structural integrity. The roller is powered by the reducer to enable electric rotational movement of thejib crane.
4. Lifting hoist
The hoisting mechanism of the jib crane can be equipped with a manualhoist, featuring an electric chain type and an electric wire rope model. This system raises heavy loads and travels horizontally on the jib crane via a manual or electric trolley, thereby expanding the crane’s operational reach.
5. Electrical part
