Summary:
APL-210, APL-310, APL-410 and APL-510 limit travel switch boxes are used to transmit position signals of actuators and valves to field and control stations. It can be installed directly on the top of the actuator, including the standard VDI/VDE3845.

Installation instructions:
1) Mounting bracket (2)
Three types of standard HKC mounting bracket (NUMUR VDE/VDE 3845,30 x80x 20, 30x80x30,30x 130x50)
HKC 30 x 80 x 20,30 x 80 x 30, mounting bracket in line with NUMUR VDT A/DE 3845 standard, mounted on small size pneumatic head.
The HKC 30 x 130 x 50 mounting bracket conforms to NUMUR VDIJVDI 3845 standard and is mounted on a large size pneumatic head.
Bolt the mounting bracket to the actuator (4).
2) Install limit switch box (1)
Insert the shaft of the limit switch box into the drive slot (3) above the actuator drive shaft and fix it with the mounting bolt (7).
3) Remove the lid (5)
Turn the cap bolt (6) with the tool until it comes loose, then remove the lid upward. For wiring and debugging.
Mounting Bracket Size
Wiring cable wiring connection (note: product wiring diagram is inside the upper cover)
1. APL210, APL310 series use into lines lock for PG13.5 waterproof connectors, cable please use Ф 8 - Ф 12 the insulation of the cable.
2. APL410 series use 3/4 "explosion-proof isolation seal connector, cable please use Ф 8 - Ф 12 the insulation of the cable.
3. Thread the cable through the wire lock and fasten the wire head on the terminal board as shown in the wiring diagram.
4. Rotate the coat of wire lock to make the inner diameter of sealing ring hold the sheath of cable tightly to lock the cable.
5. The unused cable inlet must be blocked.
6. Users shall comply with gb50058-92 when installing, using and maintaining the flameproof limit switch.
