SWAN 70×25 cable extrusion line
The extruder uses a Siemens AC drive motor and is managed by an ABB frequency-controlled drive system, along with an RKC touch-screen microcomputer temperature regulator (PID-adjusted) offering ±2ºC precision.
The extruder housing features electric heating combined with air cooling, controlled via solid-state relays, achieving a maximum barrel temperature of 300ºC. A BM-design screw is employed to optimize internal material handling. Both screw and barrel components are constructed from 38CrMoALA steel, subjected to nitriding for enhanced resistance to corrosion and abrasion. The surface achieves a hardness of at least HV850, with a nitriding layer thickness ranging from 0.5 to 0.7mm. The gearbox incorporates a hardened tooth face reducer. The gearbox casing is fabricated from ductile iron, and the gears are made of 20CrMnTi steel, also treated with nitriding. The transmission shaft is produced from 40Cr steel; its end features a modern three-plate semi-clamping structure, offering ease of assembly and dependable performance.
