1. Vibration system driven by four (Siemens) motors
Siemens motor system is adopted for main machine of brick making machine, and EU standard is adopted for special motor to ensure working stability.
The vibration chamber dimensions are tailored to the mold surface and specific brick design. A large chamber uses four-sided motor activation to maintain even vibration and efficiently transfer energy into the brick material. Unlike dual-motor setups, this four-directional system boosts vibration performance by 30–40%, resulting in higher brick density and greater structural strength.
2. Air bag vibration reduction system
It efficiently dampens vibrational noise, swiftly removes high-frequency oscillations from the machine due to leftover vibrational forces, thereby extending both machine and mold lifespan, and minimizing noise impact and disturbance for personnel.
3. High precision gear positioning system for mould

8. Strong multi axis lengthening and thickening vibration box
