1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products? Can I get a price quote if I want to buy different products in one container?

A: Our MOQ is 10 tons for mixed products. You can choose any products you like and we will pack them in a 40'RH container with a maximum capacity of 12mt. Please provide us with the product names and weights of each product you want to order and we will give you a competitive price based on the market.

2. How do you pack your products? Can I request a customized packaging?

A: We offer two types of packaging: bulk and retail. Bulk packaging is 110kgs/carton, suitable for wholesale or industrial use. Retail packaging is designed for individual consumers or supermarkets, such as 101kg/ctn, 20500g/ctn, 42.5kgs/ctn, 20*1lbs/ctn, etc. We can also customize the packaging according to your specifications and requirements. 3. How can I get some samples of your products? Do I have to pay for them?

A: We are happy to provide you with free samples of our products for quality evaluation, but you will need to cover the flight cost for the delivery, as frozen foods require special handling with dry ice, which is expensive. However, we will refund the flight cost if you place an order with us.

4. How do you ensure the quality and safety of your products?

A: We source our raw materials from reliable and certified suppliers who follow strict hygiene and quality standards. We process our products in modern and well-equipped factories under the supervision of our experienced QC team. A: Normally, it takes 15-20 days after the order confirmation to ship the goods. However, if the products are not in season or require more time to prepare, we will inform you in advance and update you on the progress. 6. What are your payment terms?

A: For the first cooperation, we prefer to do TT or L/C, as they are more secure and convenient for both parties. After we establish a long-term and trustful relationship, we can also accept D/P and other payment methods that suit your needs.
