1 How to place an order?
Please send an inquiry to us with your requirements,you can contact us by email,Wechat,WhatsApp or Skype, any way you prefer to.

2 What is the lead time?
For Tyshen-branded items, if they are available in stock, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after payment. Should the desired items be out of stock, you’ll either need to choose alternative products or wait for restock—typically up to 40 days. For precise information, feel free to reach out to us!

B)  For OEM service, usually we need 30 to 45 days to proceed the order.
The process goes like this: we share our pricing list → you select the products you're interested in → finalize product specs and payment terms → issue the proforma invoice → deposit payment is made → begin artwork development → start production once deposit is confirmed → create a gold sample prior to bulk manufacturing and finalize artwork samples before printing → await production timeline to begin manufacturing → production completes → we provide photos of finished goods in stock → schedule quality check if requested → final payment is processed → arrange shipping via sea or air

3 What is the payment method?
T/T Bank Transfer,LC,Western Union are all ok to us.For small order with amount about 100usd or even less, Paypal is suggested.

4 What is the defective rate?
The defective rate is 0.2%.Due to strict quality control rules,aEvery item undergoes four quality checks by our QC team prior to shipment. The initial inspection covers incoming raw materials, the second focuses on completed units, the third evaluates visual standards, and the final one tests operational performance. Additionally, for large volume orders, we include 0.3% complimentary spare components to guarantee no financial impact from potential defects.

5 How to ship goods?
A)For samples,usually the samples will be sent by air express(DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT),or we can deliver the samples to your apponinted warehouse or agent,all ok to us.
B) For bulk order,usually we ship the goods by sea.

6 What is the trade terms?
Factory direct pricing, FCA, FOB (Shenzhen Port or alternative ports), CIF are all acceptable to us. For items featuring the Tyshen logo, the quoted rate is typically factory level, the exact amount depends on your order volume, and we’re happy to adjust accordingly.

OEM artwork creation available — no in-house designer needed, we’ll handle the design at no cost.
