Software function:
Bobbin basic parameter:
input. Starting point, width, spacing, winding circle number, start, stop, spindle positioning, spindle low speed, spindle high speed,spindle direction, wire arrangement direction, floor stop.
Spindle climbing time setting, special winding function selection (as picture below).
- During winding, the position of the wire device can be manually adjusted to realize fine adjustment during precise wiring. This function needs to be customized by users.
- The system has 1450 sections of data storage space, which can store up to 999 skeleton parameters. The adjusted skeleton parameters can be permanently saved. When replacing products, just replace the corresponding fixture and select the corresponding bobbin parameters.
- While the power is cut off suddenly during winding, the system will saves the last winding state. When get power again, press the start key, it will continue to wind the unfinished coil.
- Software can be customized for special functions.

1. Using 32-bit ARM control chip and Sailingsi CPLD, the calculation speed is faster and the error is effectively reduced.
2. Input and output are all photoelectrically isolated and work stably.
3.Chinese LCD display, simple and convenient to operate.
4. Intelligently input the starting point and the wire width.
5. The winding displacement and reverse can decelerate intelligently, which can ensure faster winding displacement and greater torque at the same time.
6. The spindle climbing time can be set, the spindle speed can be changed in real time, and over speed tracking can be carried out.
7. Save the winding data in the situation of power failure, so as to effectively avoid the scrapping of coils caused by sudden power failure.
8. The position of the cable rack can be adjusted manually during the winding process.
9. The bearing belt (which is imported from Japan), Taiwan ball screw and cast iron box are used to ensure stable performance.
