C.O.D Corrugated Optical Duct piping evolved from prior fiber optic solutions, offering enhanced performance through innovative design. Constructed primarily with a specially engineered, low-friction modified HDPE, the system features a core layer of a long-wall tube with minimal friction, ensuring high pressure resistance. This is combined with a flexible, corrugated outer tube that allows for easy bending. The two components are fused together during manufacturing. The result is a robust, bendable solution with clear structural advantages, providing superior performance in durability, physical strength, and long-term reliability—outperforming most conventional alternatives in real-world installation scenarios.

Optiroad C.O.D. redefines telecommunication infrastructure through an innovative design featuring multiple internal ducts (ranging from 3 to 9) integrated within a single outer duct during the manufacturing process. This construction method combines both inner and outer layers from HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), a material known for its superior flexibility, allowing for seamless spooling regardless of how many inner ducts are incorporated.
    
The maximum coiling length for C.O.D. is theoretically unbounded, but actual reel lengths are typically limited to 500 meters due to internal duct count and diameter; nonetheless, 1,000-meter coils for compact-sized variants can be produced as well.
    
Because COD is both adaptable and extended in design, it allows for rapid deployment, significantly cutting down on multiple tasks including trench digging, internal duct placement (eliminated since it's pre-integrated), duct maintenance activities (like post-outer duct connection line cleaning and verification), and overall setup duration.
