Working Principle of micro powder grinding machine

Each dial and the main support shaft are powered by an electric motor from the primary unit via a gearbox, and the rollers that move within the ring are activated by the dial through a plunger mechanism. Once processed by the hammer mill, large particles are reduced in size and transported to a storage hopper via a conveyor, then evenly distributed to the center of the first dial using an electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feed conduit. The material is then pushed outward toward the dial’s edge by centrifugal force, drops into the ring, and is further pulverized by the rollers, eventually forming a fine powder after passing through three grinding stages. A high-pressure centrifugal fan draws in ambient air and forces the ground material into a classifier. Inside the powder concentrator, the rotating turbine separates oversized particles, returning them to the mill for additional grinding, while finer particles mix with the air and enter a cyclone, exiting through a discharge chute situated at the base. The air, now containing minimal fine particles, is cleaned using an impulse filter and then expelled through a blower and silencer.
