Our wire rope lubricator adopts the world's leading oil filling technology, which can carry out convenient, fast and efficient cleaning and maintenance of all kinds of wire rope from 8mm-95mm in diameter, eliminating inefficient, wasteful and unsafe manual operations. This product sets clean and lubrication in one, can not only remove the original dirt on the surface of the wire rope, but also the new lubricant with high pressure type quantitative injection into the inside of the wire rope and coated to the surface of the wire rope, extrusion of air and water inside the wire rope. It can play the role of anti-rust lubrication, greatly improve the service life of wire rope, but also greatly save downtime, improve productivity.
Product Structure:
Wire rope lubrication cleaning system is mainly composed of the following four parts: high pressure pumping system, wire rope clamping device, sealing assembly, groove cleaner and special grease for wire rope. The high pressure plunger pump is put into the standard oil drum, and the lubricant in the barrel is injected into the wire rope clip through the high pressure oil pipe by the high pressure oil pump. The high pressure lubricant can penetrate the wire rope and fully lubricate the wire rope. The oil supply is calculated according to the thickness of the wire rope and the running speed, which can be adjusted by the control valve. This ensures sufficient lubrication of the wire rope and ensures that lubricant is not wasted.

4. Quantitative conveying lubricant, convenient and quick adjustment
Lubricant outlet pressure adjustment and flow adjustment only adjust the air inlet pressure or flow of pneumatic lubrication pump.
5. Long service life
A set of sealing assemblies can lubricate at least 3000-6000 m. Other parts can be used for a long time without replacement, and the design life can be up to 20 years.
Test certificate: A 22mm steel wire rope and plastic cover in the open air, if not lubricated, only 8 months will be completely rusty and unable to use. A wire rope lubricated by wire rope lubrication system can extend its service life by more than two times.
