Composition Introduction
The equipment is composed of two general members: "host machine and transportation devices".
1. Main machine: comprises the lathe bed, spindle, oil-air cooling mechanism, front clamping and back extraction components, front guide and central-back guide, and other similar elements.
2. Transportation devices: Transportation devices comprises loader and unloader.
Oil-air lubrication system: Tailored to ensure consistent lubrication and heat dissipation during spindle high-speed spinning, this system includes a pump, an oil-air manifold, and a gas processing unit.
Cutting fluid recirculation system: This system includes a coolant recovery pump, piping, and nozzles. A high-pressure pump sends cooled cutting fluid from a reservoir via pipes to a nozzle positioned close to the cutting tool. The fluid is directed straight at the cutting edge and swarf, effectively removing most of the generated heat. The heated fluid, along with the swarf, exits through a discharge port beneath the tool and returns via the piping to the reservoir where it cools before reuse.
Chip-conveyor: This is a high-grade, third-party manufactured component. Fragments move via the lower opening on the cutter head, fall onto the conveyor’s chain links, and are transported by mechanical drive, remaining ready for pickup.
Hydraulic system: Comprised of an electric pump, control valve, hydraulic fluid reservoir, piping, and additional components, this system operates the front (rear) clamping units by driving bar clamping and release actions via hydraulic cylinders.
The electrical system of the machine comprises power supply and control components, consisting of one power distribution cabinet and one control panel. This setup manages the electrical operation of the primary drive, front and rear clamping feeding units, cooling mechanism, hydraulic circuit, chip conveyance, and material transport systems.
