Introduction
KMD has been focusing on research, development and manufacture of Linear Vibration Screen for mineral industry. In accordance with design of maintenance-free, high reliability and high vibrating strength, LKLB series are Integrated with advanced screening technology and manufacturing process, and suitable for all kinds of harsh conditions in fields such as metallurgy, coal, nonferrous metal, construction material, chemical industry and so on, the service life of main parts can be over ten years, and screen width can be up to 5.1 meters.
In Linear Vibration Screen, the exciters are installed on exciter beam of screen box. While ore material going onto screen deck, the whole vibrating system consist of material and screen box supported by coil springs. Shaft Is driven to rotate by the force from motor driver, and eccentric mass on two axles are rotating reversely through a pair of helical gears trans-milting in the middle. The centrifugal force sometimes superposes and offsets, which makes the vibration system into reciprocating linear vibration, with maximum amplitude up to 16 mm.
Feature and Advantage
· Engineered up to 4.3m in width and 9.7m in length
· Using high quality fixed-rolled low alloy high strength steel plate, with good toughness, high strength, and good corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance and fatigue resistance; The yield strength is 355Mpa, 1.5 times that of ordinary steel plate.
· The whole design without welding seam, the side plate is finished by laser and plasma system, and the repeated positioning accuracy is up to ±0.1mm.
· The other accessory plates are blanking by laser, and the repeated positioning accuracy is ±0.02mm, with high product consistency and interchangeability.
· The main beam plate is made of high strength steel plate with low alloy, box structure and reinforced steel plate, light weight, full stiffness and high strength.
· The welding seam is in accordance with AWS D1.1-2015 welding standard, and through UT flaw detection test, it conforms to grade I welding seam standard.
· The whole screen frame adopts imported HUCK rivet hydraulic tension assembly, with large stiffness, high strength, balanced force distribution, large safety factor, novel and beautiful appearance.
· The main beam of the screen, the spring support seat and the side plate are connected by steel lock nut, and each nut is calibrated by torque wrench to ensure sufficient design torque.
· The whole surface of the screen machine is sprayed with two-component primer + finish paint, the thickness of dry film is higher than 160um, and the contact position of the inner pulp and ore is protected by rubber plate and polyurethane protective layer.
